Q: Do your prices include shipping?
A: Yes they do! The prices you see on the website are the total amount that you'll need to pay. No hidden fees that we're not telling you about.
Q: What's your turn-around time?
A: It's usually 1-4 working days on most items after payment has been received. We're one of the quickest in the UK!
Q: Which postal service do you use?
A: We post smaller orders using Royal Mail 1st class. We've used this service for years and it's been reliable and quick. Larger orders are sent via courier and may take a day or two longer.
Q: I need my order urgently! Can you help?
A: In almost all cases, yes we can! We are usually able to get your order to you within 24 hours. We don't charge a 'Rush' fee like so many other manufacturers and only charge you the extra postage required for next day delivery.
A signature may be required for rush/very large orders.
Q: I can't get the templates to work!
A: That's no problem, just send over what you have and we'll do the rest. We'll show you a digital pic of how it'll sit on the product of choice if required too.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, cheques, paypal and bank transfers.

Q: Can you pantone match colours?
A: Unfortunately we can't, but we'll get very close and if there is a big difference in colours once printed, we'll let you know before we start your order.
Q: Is there any VAT to pay?
A: We are not VAT registered so no VAT is added to the products.
