Our turn-around is 1-4 working days after payment has been received on almost all products. This is dependent on the stock needed to fulfil your order and we will let you know if the wait may be a little longer than usual. If you need your order for a specific date, just get in touch. We can almost always get your order to you in time. Prices on the website include standard 1st class shipping.

We don't have the facility to uploads designs to the website, we feel like an e-mail is more personal!
In almost all cases, yes! We can usually get your order to you within 24 hours and don't charge any 'Rush Fees' like some other manufacturers. You will only have to pay the extra shipping costs needed. Please let us know if you have a deadline and we can e-mail you over a custom invoice with the added postage costs.
All the products are made by hand by real people, so it's very rare that something gets missed. Colours are matched as close to the onscreen colour as possible so there shouldn't be any nasty surprises when your order arrives. If you're worried about your design not being high enough quality, don't worry. Just send it over as an e-mail and we'll check it for you.
Don't worry, just send over whatever you have in whatever filetype it's in and we'll take a look and fit it to the template for you....for free!
We are just a production company so don't do any design work. We can make small alterations to your designs and add simple text but we're not really designers.
We accept cheques, PayPal, Bank Transfers and Credit/Debit cards. Payment is required before production starts, so if you need your order in a hurry it's best to go with PayPal or card payments.
We are not VAT registered so no VAT is added to the products.
